Wont open, asks to turn the device on when it already is, asks for Bluetooth. Worked fine when I first got it. Now it never works. Poor app

It's really easy to use.... If you can ever get it to work. Has continual connectivity issues, the app will ask you to allow Bluetooth but when you do nothing inside the app changes. So even though your Bluetooth is turned on, there's no way to try to pair your Bluetooth with the device because sometimes the necessary buttons just don't show up in the app. I would say 95% of the time the app doesn't work. For that 5% where the app is working, It works very well and can be operated by anyone.

Got the device as a gift. It ocassionally pairs with bluetooth but you have to turn the thing on manually for it to connect so the on/off feature is useless. My remote had a dead battery out of the box so that is also lame... I havent replaced it yet to know if it even works. I had to turn bluetooth on before the device for it to pair. It will not pair if the diffuser is on before you open the app. However... Once it pairs, it seems to work fine with the sounds and mist settings while its on.

Many complaints about the app not working with the device. I have found the app disconnected from the device a couple of times but if I unplug the device and replug it back in all is well! This has only happened two or three times in three weeks of heavy use. Overall I find the app and the device to be very responsive to one another and have been enjoying the whole experience!!

I had the same problem as the others concerning the app and bluetooth not connecting. HOWEVER! I found that you must turn on the location, not just give permission, you have to manually turn on location for it to work.

Please update this damn app already!!! Over 2 years is ridiculous! I have to uninstall this app twice a week just to reinstall it so I can get my device to connect. That diffuser was damn expensive and to not have this app be updated, ever is garbage.
