Works as advertised. What is not explained ANYWHERE is that to add more than one device, you must first power off all other connected devices, and reboot the app after adding each device. Once I solved that, it worked well. There is a small but noticable time delay between multiple grouped strands, but the effects don't suffer much. 4 out of 5.

Beautiful and fun! Does require 2.4Ghz network (some basic knowledge of networking needed) beyond that, really simple to set up and change the lights to all the fun pre-programmed light shows. Installed the app on my wife's phone and the string was already recognized and she could start playing too! Adding colors to the pre-programmed shows is really easy too! You can customize the colors to match the rest of the lights on your home. Very happy with this!

I had no problem connecting maybe because I followed the directions. The app works well, and the lights are easy to program or customize. I put them on the tree backwards and the app gave me the option to switch the layout so the the snowflake, firework and wave settings work.

For the $99 that i paid for these lights.. they are horrible. Every time I go into the light program it says lights are offline. I have to go through the whole setup again. Then when I do get them to go on. After about 3 hours they turn off. No timer is set. I would not recommend these lights. I will be throwing them away.

Completely useless. I tried to connect this to my 99$ DOLLAR LIGHT SET, only to have it tell me that 5gHz networks are not supported. WHAT?! Xfinity doesn't even allow me to switch between the two anymore! Why does this only support 2.4gHz networks???

Does not work because it requires 2.4 ghz connection. I have dual band router but still unable to connect lights. Returning them to store. Wonderful lights but they just will not connect to my wifi.
