Like most others, awful. It loses the lights and the Bluetooth reconnecting is spotty at best. Now the 2nd year using these lights and the app is unable to find them. So now basically the lights are useless. It did find one set once so I could change them, but then it lost it and can't find it again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Avoid this product.

Not a user friendly app. I have had a hard time syncing the product with my phone and programming is not straightforward at all. If it only worked as well as it does it the video, that would be wonderful. The app states the device is online, but the app doesn't open. I will be returning this product. Its nice to see that even a year later nothing has been improved.

Like others....terrible. Cant even get an acct set up due to needing a "code". Wont connect to my wifi due to it saying needs a 2.4 connection. I have mesh and 5/2.4 are both broadcast, but the lights aren't smart enough to grab the 2.4 like every other device. Terrible and garbage. Is anyone working on this? For such a large retailer...Home Depot...to sell these I'd expect a good product.

I really don't like this app. It is not intuitive or user friendly. It takes way too long to recognize all the devices EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the app. It often does not register any changes you make the first time you make them. It is not smooth. It also seems to have a sister app that is a LITTLE more intuitive, but has less functionality and it's really unclear why these two different apps exist. I like the lights, but they really need to work on the app.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCTS. The app just keeps closing. It will let me connect to the tree and then the app closes. I have installed and reinstalled on multiple devices and it does this on all devices. A year later and your app still sucks. Make it compatible with a 5Ghz connection. You would think with a whole year to update and make your app better you would. But i guess not. Wish i could take back this tree and buy the other brand Home depot sales.

Horrible app. I've tried on the different devices, android and Apple, different ages of devices. It will never connect. If I hadn't bought this tree after xmas last year, I'd take it back, not at all what i expected.
