Great concept, poor in practice. The rewards are mediocre at best, often just a "half off this thing most people probably don't want" which is a shame. When the app first launched, it had things like cinema tickets for a few GBP, now it's like "one month free trial of this service you've never heard of, likely will never use, and can already sign up for a free trial of." If they improve the rewards, this would be a great way to get people off phones more. Until then, it's mediocre at best.

I have been using this app for almost three years. It has reduced the time I spend on my phone and help me get some of my time back from distractions. I have also gotten free coffees and won a little money with the scratch cards bought by the Hold-points. I have some complaint and suggestions: 1.the auto holding is annoying and has made me lose points when switching wifi 2.there should be a dark mode

If you're here for the rewards then this app isn't for you. The rewards are either free trials or not any good, at any given time there could be 5 rewards, when the app was released you had a minimum of 20. They've done some improvements so now you can finally listen to music, but if you look at the leader board you may not see a lot of people. Due to less people using this app.

Would be great if you guys make a type of timer or a notification sounds that reminds the user that 20 minutes have passed!

Not worth downloading anymore as all the good rewards have gone... just full of free trials now trying to get you to buy a subscription for something in the end, gone down hill.

It's great, all you have to do is control yourself and you get rewarded with coupons that can save you money.
