This Hoist Bike appp doesn't work with my LeMond Spin Bike, which is manufactured by Hoist Fitness. Um, am I missing something?

Worked when I first installed it but after a few months, it only tracks a small portion of my workouts. I'll bike for an hour and it only records four to five minutes while all the time it stays connected. Disappointing since this was one of the reasons I bought this bike.
