Since last month i updated/upgraded my nokia 2.3 android 10 to 11 the screenshot is just a mess unlike the old one you press on/off botton and touch the screenshot from the screen. Since updated to android 11 someone has to press on/off botton, - volume button and google button on th other side which means you have to press 3 different buttons at a time to make a screenshot. This is too bad bcs this hard to do and sometimes the phone drop to the ground in this process. We want old screenshot....

Complete waste of time. The only real reason to have this app is for customer support. And, with a Nokia phone, you'll need lots of it! The customer support is awful. Clearly staffed by idiots with premade blocks of rehearsed info, these morons are obviously speaking to 10 people at once. Every response seems to take forever. And when they do get back to you, it's never with the information you asked for.

My Nokia 5.3 phone has been showing ripples of lines on the screen since 3 months now, affecting the screen display, i communicate many of ur support channels since then but no response from any, i don't know when Nokia became cruel to thier customers, Nokia i know, before being purchased by Microsoft is a cool and classic company that treats her customers well... But his coming back Nokia is something else...

I am sure Nokia has in the past always been better than the rest. BUT when then are changes to write "bug fixes and improvements" says nothing and is bad as the rest. Come on write what is fixed you are better than this!

Had bought nokia 3.4 last week, every time I attend the call the do not disturb is automatically turning on and the other calls were unnoticed due to no ringing sound, pls give the solution, as I strongly believed nokia for the brand and feeling disappointed.
