Deadtime ruining the monitoring. The hardware is expensive, and there is no real-time option, even in own network, like Kostal, as an example, has. Here, you have a fixed reporting interval. The service is in the last time unreachable so if you think to long time monitor your system you have to find alternative ways. Conclusion: overpriced hardware with an unstable monitoring platform. Edit: downgraded to 1 star since over 1 week there is no data after 11 afternoon. OpenDTU is the alternative.

Cant even create an account.their customer service reps are slow and didnt even provide an answer relative to my question. Go with a different microinverter system that has better software.
