This app is far too basic to be useful. 15 minute sample intervals is not frequent enough, can't see live data, so troubleshooting is next to impossible. Also, there is no way to track energy usage either. Seems like a pretty glaring omission. I want to be able to see how much I am actually importing/exporting to the grid and see if my solar is under utilized.

No option in setup to handle multiple PV arrays in single system with differing inclinations or orientations. Painfully slow (15m!) sample frequency, with no real time telemetry access to panels. Forced to exit and restart ap 15 minutes later to get every update - including even to basic system status. No option to show whether system is exporting or importing power at any given time. No way to download data to Excel No way to reorganise array shown in app to match array on roof - etc...

I've joined the game way later than these reviewers from 2021/2022, seems their issues have been fixed or are more related to the installer's control of the Plant setup. From my perspective, the things that could make the app better are: fix the panel view 'flick/pan' issue where panning is erratic when you lift your finger after swiping. And then it'd be good to have more frequent and automatic data updates, rather than having to refresh. My meter monitor reports every 5s. S-Miles 10mins?!

App used to have ability to see the panel outputs. This changed without even a notice of change and lately even the showing of current full system output is not working. On top of that the system connection device keeps dropping the connection even though the internet is running solid and stable. I will be asking my solar provider for a different monitoring system as this one had gone from great to sub-par junk. The owner of this company must no idea the amount of shame the workers are bringing

Very basic app.. my biggest complaint is that when there is an issue with the panels the app doesn't send you a notification which I find is a big problem.. a few times I had one of my breakers trip for the panels and half my panels were not working... I didn't notice for a few days so I wasn't getting any solar which costs me money... it had a little red symbol once in the app showing a problem but unless your checking multiple times daily you would never know... it needs to send notification

I wish I could see real time power draw from solar/grid. Without real time results, isn't it kind of pointless? Also there's just errors and it doesn't really tell me if my system is operating correctly. Would be nice to know if those errors are effecting my output or not. Unfortunately I'm going to have to install a Sense so I can actually keep track of what's going on. And now my inverters are offline and I am not making any power.
