Can't use it without making an account. Automation is useless since you cannot combine room temperature and time (example only turn on in the late evening between 7 and 8 if it's above 28°C). Can't delete added rooms or the default room. This app responds bad to touches compared to other apps. Very limited features compared to the remote controller. It's a dumb app that requires an account just to turn a device on or off.

Devices can't bind with this app. Had to go back to hismart-home app which doesn't support my Google home. Very disappointing

I'm trying to open an account but I never receive the activation email, no matter how many times I try to have it resent. Is it possible to have support?
