Horrible App!!!! It won't bind with my phone. The Bluetooth on my phone can see it but it won't connect. The support email is invalid and just bounces back to me. Bad app, bad customer service.

This is a good little app. Very user friendly. I mainly use the HiMama to take my temp and insert the data into a different app that is FDA approved as birth control. It syncs up everyday and is very easy to read. So far the HiMama app has been better at predicting my period than the other. Very happy with my purchase.

so frustrating!! ive had the monitor for 2 months (i love the monitor) but the app is currently refusing to sync. i unbound the device and now its refusing to bind again. ive logged out, logged back in, unistalled, reinstalled. and still nothing. so frustrating!!! not happy at all with this app. needs major updating!!

The device is a cool concept but the app makes it unusable. Took 3 tries downloading and uninstalling to get device to bind. Now on 3rd night said my device has no power and is off even though i charge every day before bed until light is green. It even reads as no power/off while plugged in. Sent tech support an email and while i got a generic response of how to use it for my binding problem (which I figured out on my own with i guess dumb luck) no response after several days for power/off issue

Device can be seen but wont connect. App doesn't let you register, email bounces back, website doesn't work. I very much wasted my money and I'm still not pregnant.

Please update this app!!! How are you going to sell me a product at a 50$+ price and not keep up with the app and make sure we as customers are satisfied????? Very frustrating 😡 I was so excited to get my Himama monitor but now that I've got it im mad that the app is so poorly put together and the product was as expensive as it was!!!!!!! I will update my review with 5🌟s if and when Ima happy costomer
