Even on high speed internet on both the ends i.e. installation site and on mobile device. I am unable to see the live surveillance. It keeps getting loaded and gives "no data" text. Please fix it asap.

They provide one of the WORST surveillance products. DO NOT USE HIFOCUS PRODUCTS if you need a long lasting service as they don't upgrade their softwares. They'll recommend to change the DVRs after every 2-3 years or else you can't use their apps because of non upgraded versions.
