Cannot get it to connect to the CVA machine or the washers/dryers. UPDATE: The machines installed in our building were not set up to be able to be monitored through the app, nor connect to the CVA machine. So not the fault of the app, just misrepresented by the company ( which put posters up in our laundry area giving instructions how to connect....)

As just loading the site in layer, it's just a normal website but not an app. App should at least utilize mobile device features for login without asking everytime and no storage of payment method too.. Not at all useful except it's just a website. Expecting better features...
