This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Heraeus PIA on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

With PIA (Product Information Assistant) you can easily view information and documents about your orders. These include the invoice, the delivery note and the quality certificate.

Direct registration within the app:
You can reign in the app and can use the app after the activation.

Simple user administration as administrator of a Heraeus customer:
As an administrator, you can manage the access of your colleagues in your own company. That means you can assign access with different authorizations or withdraw the authorization.

Add an order via QR code:
Scan a PIA QR code on the packaging of your product or order and add the order to your overview. Now you can see all information about the order.

Search for orders:
With the search function you can search for orders that you have already added to your overview.

Sharing documents:
The PDF documents for your orders can be shared directly from your smartphone.

Feedback by mail:
You have the possibility to send us feedback about your experiences with the app. We are pleased to hear about new ideas and improvements.

Get a better overview with favorites:
You have the option of marking individual orders as favorites and make them faster to reach.
