I've had a 300 miner for a while now, and I have had only one problem with an OTA, but customer service had it fixed in one day. I've even changed locations without a hitch. I swap, purchase, and sell with no problems either. I now have 2 miners and the app works seamlessly with both. Not a scam at all! I enjoy making $ every day.

Worst trading app ever. I've never lost soo much money from lagging trade closes in my life. Absolutely horrendus. Dont come to this app expecting to trade and make a killing. Its an abolsute joke. In the last month over $500 lost to this garbage app. Tried to recoup money. Its not ever happening. Can't complete trades fast enought. Always waiting to lose profit or the trade dont close when you need it to. FIX THISSS!!!!!!!

I have moved to a different location, changed my old hnt into dc tokens to pay assertion fee, paid it twice with sol, nothing changed, it still shows my old address and dc tokens can't be swapped, app gives error. So I am stuck with unchanged location, burned £10 worth of sol tokens and stuck with not working bobcat miner 300 which gives nothing. The project is dead, no support available. All this hotspot thing was just a big scam.

From bad to worse, now I am not receiving any iot rewards even though my Helium hotspot has been plugged in for months and is shown as active. There is no help on this app and I am having trouble contacting the discord community. Running diagnostics lasts forever and does no good.

Worked great until just this last week. Now crashes immediately after asking for password. There has been no changes to my phone &/or apps. Moto G7 Power, Android 10, App version 2.5.1 - (edit) 12-19-23 The updated version 2.5.4 has cured the problem.

Scam! The swap feature for swapping mobile to hnt swapped 2k$ worth of mobile and returned 20$ of hnt. Support won't respond to emails about this.
