As for a beginner's POV, it's very good. Most explanations are clear enough, there are many workouts to follow, the (one, only one!!) music puts you in the right mood, and the prices are the best that can be found. - BUT - The app lacks sets, which makes 'manual' creation of sets quite a nightmare (find the required exercises, drag-order them, modify repetitions and weights of each exercise). Moreover, weighs are 'whole' numbers, thus you cannot define half kilos, for example.

Good app with plenty of different exercises to go through. Set- up is nice and clean with good graphics. However, how do you correct the weights being used. During setting up the app, accidentally put the wrong weights and, for the life of me, cannot locate how I can correct it. Other than that, I would have given a 5.

One of the better home gym apps out there, love everything about it, except the workouts and routines are a bit repetitive. They need to ad variety for every muscle group. Also not sure how to increase the trainer's voice. It gives you the option to turn off their music, but when I want to play my own music in parallel from a different app , I can barely hear what is being said.

I did not explore much of the app. I got 3 ads just by simply moving from one menu to a different menu. If ads are that aggressive, it's a no for me.

Exactly what I was looking for. Good pace for me as a female beginner in her 50s. Easy to follow. Love I can play my own music on spotify and still hear voice c9mmands. I can pause as I set up for next up. This is probably next best thing to a personal trainer making a complete plan and program. 20 mins a day is easy and whole body worked in one week. Would only live to see daily abs no matter what part of body you're working on.

Please have an option to diaable the ring before every excercise and have better animations as some are broken or show things that are not supposed to be done which are mentioned in the steps as well 2ndly adding height and weight in certain units is buggy bmi doesnt work in feet , otherwide warm up is great but sad tgat there is no warm down
