The password reset does not work. Tried it multiple times with uppercase and a number and it will not reset. Also used special char. I want to be able to use this with my pool like last year. Please help. Uodated: Password was reset by the Hayward team this morning. Thank you.

Used to work, now can't log in. It says " an unexpected error has occured" tried changing the password, won't let me. Tried uninstalling/ re-installing, no change. Same week my $2500 Hayward pool robot vac decided it doesn't want to work anymore. This pool is less than a year old, on my third Hayward pump already too.....

It's nice running from phone but app doesn't work correctly. Schedules on filter don't work correctly and light shows or selection don't work correctly.
