Not user friendly. Once a ticket is closed you cannot see it or the messages associated with it. You can only have 2 tickets open at a time.

Great for submitting a ticket but does not allow you to respond to messages. I submitted a claim and somebody responded with available times but I was unable to reply! And there was no contact information for anyone on the app so I ended up having to go on a computer.
