Update is terrible. Camera is very slow! Everything was fine before the update. Downloads all inspections when I scroll up looking for a particular inspection making it harder and more time consuming to find the inspection in my route. Also, it goes back to the top of the inspection list after completing an inspection so you have to scroll down to find the next inspection.

I constantly have syncing issues with this app. It will say my jobs are downloading then I'm missing half of my orders. Try to go in and sync and it does it over again. I force stop it and it does nothing to help. Im now having to uninstall and reinstall it to see if that'll work. This makes it very hard to do my job! Whatever you did to it please put it back it worked fine before!

I can't write a bid or estimate then take corresponding photos, place a dollar amount from app. and only need the desktop version to double check that everything carried over. Hell it doesn't even auto sync to the desktop you need to manually sync. So in an emergency situation you waste a ton of time. nothing like going back to the early 20's

I can't sync my app & my computer. I can only do the report on the computer. The photos won't sync to website. I'm using android on a Galaxy 8. I have reinstalled app twice without any improvement. Very frustrated!

The company I work for uses this app, wish we didn't. The notes I put in the app NEVER sync over to the desktop version. I spend an extra hour and a half a week redoing notes and refilling out forms because of this app.

when it works it good, but not when the pics i take do not stay associated with the job they were taken with. Now I have to go to the laptop, hook up phone and sort thru all the pics to ensure i have the correct ones with the correct jobs.
