Please consider adding a dark mode for the app to make it more battery friendly.

Needs fixing. When going to "Create New" it only briefly tells me the condition of a house and when it next checks in. As the only carpet cleaner for a company with a rapid check-in rate, I have to know what I can do with the time allotted. We shifted from Breezeway to this. Please make your app more comprehensive and intuitive, not to mention responsive and what it's meant to do.

About this app

EZcare (EZ Inspections) mobile app is designed for housekeepers, maintenance contractors, inspectors and other field staff to easily receive and complete jobs.

[NOTE] This Playstore app is NOT for mortgage field service reps, who should download their industry-specific app from www.ezinspections.com/app.

The EZcare (EZ Inspections) app lets you route your stops, view order information, instructions and property photos, and complete checklists with photos and videos. The app also allows field staff to report urgent issues in the middle of cleaning or inspection, send estimated completion time to the office, pause and resume work, scan inventory items, collect signature from residents, upload invoice or timesheet, and communicate with your team via in-app messaging.

The app does not require network connection while working in the field. Orders and results are synced with the cloud when network is present.
