Motivaide is designed for people who want to fulfill self-improvement objectives and increase productivity, but face chronic motivation problems.

Motivation problem is a serious issue. When we surveyed 500 people across the US, we found out the majority of people quickly lose motivation over time, and 93% of such "demotivated" people fail to create good habits (or break bad ones).Clearly, initial determination isn't enough. Real, short-term incentives are necessary in order to achieve seemingly intangible long-term goals.

The concept behind Motivaide is simple and intuitive, and it effectively helps you stay motivated. Essentially, Motivaide utilizes reinforcement theory and keeps you motivated with appropriate rewards and punishments.

How it works:

1) Choose up to two long-term goals (quality over quantity!). The list can be infinite, but here are some examples:

★ weight loss
★ exercise
★ time management
★ learn a new language
★ write a diary entry
★ quit smoking
★ read more books

2) Set a weekly stake, which will only be charged when you don't work on your goal. As long as you diligently develop your habit, the app is completely free!

3) Track your habit development and submit a weekly report by adding a picture of yourself committing to your goal.

4) Earn reward points when the report is approved.

5) Use reward points to redeem real-life rewards like gift cards! More rewards will be added in the near future.

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
