Great idea. Bad execution. Taking pics is pain, there's no landscape/portrait difference. You can't zoom, flash is iffy. Constantly crashes. Definitely a beta app that got released way too early. Hopefully they fix it because they are miles behind Appfolio.

Won't send my inspections to the system they just stay in my phone. Tried on the wifi, and pn mobile data and it wont sync over to our system

This app still seems to be in beta status. The photo function is half baked, with constant focus hunting, no controls and therefore over or underexposed images of the property. The final comment disappears as soon as your scroll a little up in the app! But the worst issue: it does not keep any data after the upload process on the phone! I had the issue, that, although the app showed me the upload success message, the data never got through to my employer, so I had to redo the whole inspection!

There's no function to copy notes from previous reports on the android version. Notes don't always sync - have to save first, reopen and type back in. It takes forever to export to PDF - It is quicker to print to pdf on the computer (margins are wrong for printing if done this way). Ocassionally crashes and goes to a black screen - you need to close the app completely and reopen.

Many of my friends in business use the app and their reports are amazing. I'm excited to try this out and leave the prior company behind. They told me what they pay and dont see that option on the website. So I sent a support request to ask about it cause I cant do the $499 plan. I'm sure there is an option. Anyways I'm excited! Been waiting years for this.

My last review was mainly due to user error... Not the most user friendly layout but it's working. The time difference with them being in Australia created a little gap in response time that increased my frustration. However, very helpful once I heard back from them.
