This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Inspections by HappyCo on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

horrible customer service, get bounced around between them and Buildium. Inspections not uploading to Buildium and they have you reach out to the other without solving the actual issue! About to cancel and switch to something completely different. they were awesome for years and have gone down hill fast. as a Property Manager I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Functionality is ok, but it is absolutely unacceptable to log me out every time I open the app if it's been more than a week.

Add incidents as an app especially when incidents occur we need mobile access.

Confusing in the beginning mixing up move in and out at wrong time. After a few tries yes love the program. Although I take pictures with wide angles first then add them and complete the report.
