Siza is a conveniently trusted and reliable services App that allows consumers make booking and directly engage with service providers any time. Established in January 2020 and have since grown a large consumer base and services is provide service across all provinces in South Africa. SIZA helps consumers to request a service from a service provider when they need a professional service experience such as hiring a plumbing repair, electrical repairs, home cleaning, beautician, Maid services, Fitness trainer, event managers, window repairs, Tiling and Grout cleaning and painters. Service providers are vetted and rated by consumers that use the app. The App is designed in a simple seamless digital way which is completely paperless, this is in response to consumers quest of receiving proper services without constantly making follow ups with the suppliers. Consumers can communicate with suppliers directly either submitting a telephonic call or submitting a SMS through the App. One of the key benefits of the App is the security features that has been implemented. We realized that they are two key elements of concern within consumers and service providers 1) the security of the consumers information and the validation of supplier’s track record and the verification if the service providers business legitimacy, to address this, we ensured that the consumers information is protected from theft and fraud securely in our encrypted vault and all registered service providers are constantly vetted on a weekly basis. We use two factor authentications to identify both the service providers and consumers when creating an account. The App can be run on a mobile phone or phone tablet.
