the app is v v v poor it dont show the laundry near even if i am just two step far from it .... need very much improvement ... and it show after a long time some time it show the machine is repair and then after some time it works with same machine.....

There are a lot of software glitches in this app. Also there is a lot of time related issues with this app. Please solve them for better usage of consumer.

Could have given zero stars if that were an option. Takes ages to even sign up because OTP never arrives. The only payment options available are Card and Paytm; the latter doesn't work most of the time and we never even reach the payment page. Finally the English used in this app is incomprehensible. Who writes "Determine" instead of simply writing "ok". Overall a terrible app. I feel sorry for anyone who has no other option than to use it (like me).

This app has got too many bugs. The "appointment" feature on this application is of no use. Payment declined many times. I do have to change the machines only because of the glitches and bugs. It should make washing easier instead it is making washing harder for us. Please fix it.

worst app really really worst. l have to pay twice and still it's not washing my clothes. please improve you app and make it more easy to use and also try to fix the glithces.
