The app won't let me sign the majority of my apks. They are greyed out and unable to be selected. I'm fairly certain it's due to Android 11. I found a fix but it required me to use a PC.

Signing a live app works great on MIUI 12 (android 9 based) but signing a file just hangs. Edit. I uninstalled the app, rebooted, then reinstalled the app and now it is working fine. 5 stars. Thanks for your reply.

I can't find any way to sign an apk with an existing key, otherwise I would have rated this app higher. It seems like you put a lot of thought into it but it assumes every APK is new and needs a new key. (Editing to clarify: it is necessary to update apps with the same key used to initially publish them on playstore, but seems like this app has no way to import that key, and ofcourse their default key will not work for that.

I tried signing an app with an imported keystore and inspect the result using Dev tools available in Playstore. It can be seen that the resulted app is using signature version 1. I compared the results to the other app. e.g. apk signer and it says they're using signature version 3. Why is it? Is it related to the signature scheme v1 and v2? Because I heard google now requires the apps to be signed with both signature schemes. Pls enlighten me. this app has potential but 4 stars for now :)
