6Feb20.... Calculation error in app for specific entry. 123.1# at 92.7 proof corrected is NOT 15.87 pFgal!! Can you add pounds of water to the "gals to add" to proof? Great app but keeps me switching back and forth to a calculator. Also, maybe a way to insert weight of water so we can choose 8# or TTB 8.32823#. Thanks! I use this app all the time. Happy they upgraded it to handle more digits. I have an issue with weight calculations of 55.1-56.9 proof to wine gallons(proof gallons is correct). I am guessing the database value for 56 proof is incorrect.

Working as an apprentice distiller in a craft distillery we must do everything hands on. This app is simple to use and provides all the information needed to calculate proof gallons or how much water is needed to proof down a batch to prepare for barreling or bottling

Are we talking about US proof values or UK? May be better to use ABV as that unit of measure is not so squishy.
