About this app

Speedometer - GPS is a free GPS based digital head up display (HUD) that shows speed information for your journey. Very helpful if you want to verify your vehicle speed or you just want to know your speed when cycling, horse riding, running, flying, sailing, travelling from one location to another via bus, train, subway etc.

The display can be switched between normal viewing and HUD mode which mirrors the display for viewing as a reflection in a vehicle windshield (most useful at night, depending on the device's brightness).

You can convert the unit from kilometers to miles and miles to kilometers. If your vehicle matrix measuring unit is showing kilometers per hour you can view miles per hours on your phone device using ‘GPS Speedometer’ app and vice versa.

Speedometer - GPS can open as a floating window on top of other apps or your home screens. Works with external GPS receivers without internet.
