In fact this app was the best thing that ever happened to GWCL but the recent login issues is seriously undermining the importance of the app. It was working excellently on my old phone until the phone got spoilt. It was the first App I downloaded unto my new phone but unfortunately I've not been able to login since. I deleted it but I'm going to download it again bcos I need it. Therefore I urge GWCL n its developers to seriously solve the login issues. I gave it 2 stars bcos of this. Thanks.

Is it deliberate of GWCL to scupper the app or what? Please pull this app from the Play Store until you can make it work like it used to. It's shameful and SoftTribe should be ashamed of themselves having pocketed a hefty amount of money for this app they're not making any efforts to get it working. If GWCL is having infrastructure problems that's causing customers not to be able to login, then let them say something instead of staying so mum.

Please fix login and billing issues. This used to be an excellent app until 3 weeks ago when it started messing up. Currently can't login, so cannot see any bills. I have even tried logging in via the official website but login is not working. Please, fix this. Thanks

I cant even register. Why is it not in use? Please work on it so it can help us. Its my number which is attached to the meter, so i get the registration code when i input the gwcl account number but it doesn't respond to the registration. It sometimes spin till i close the app , or it will tell me "the password must not contain=". What next should i do?
