Honestly this app is trash. The AR ruler functionality is brilliant, it works perfectly. But when it comes to mapping a room it gets lost consistently. I have tried three different rooms, with different flooring, wall and ceiling textures, but haven't once been able to actually map a shape that resembles the room. Which says a lot considering they are either a square or a rectangle. I would give it two stars due to the ruler functionality, but I may as well download the separate app for that.

Cool idea, but very buggy. No way to add or change doors and windows after the first time you measure a room. My first corner always moves while I'm measuring the rest of the room, and it has major problems with rooms that aren't square. I managed to get all my measurements right with a lot of manual tinkering (except doors and windows), but I expect a $90 app to work more smoothly than this.

Very fast, responsive and intuitive, especially compared to a competitive app I just tried. I only wish they would offer better payment options, like per plan, and not subscription based. I don't have a need for this often. IMPORTANT UPDATE: After I enthusiastically posted this review with 5 stars, I realized that the app doesn't let me open the first plan I did without paying for the subscription! Which is a total waste of time because I didn't manage to complete the work. So 3 stars.

I would have given 0 stars if possible. after measuring for 1hr on a sunny day I saved measurements. But after going home when I opened the app, it is saying that I can only see those measurements if I would take subscription what the hell is this.it showed those measurements when I was measuring but after sometime it locked.it will allow you to measure but it will lock those results. I wish I would have chosen another app.

Absolute garbage. Lighting is fine, familiar with AR, phone is top end and new, and still doesn't do what it's supposed to do (well). Imagine mapping out a room's corners, and when you get carefully back around to the first point, you've made some polygon that doesn't even make sense. It'll "forget" what you've drawn any time it stops recognizing where you're at, and that's often. It's not very good at recognizing the space it just drew, which is what it does. Waste of time.

What an absolute pile of garbage. Attemped to measure a small room with a chimney breast and alcove causes the app to constantly glitch, an utterly infuriating experience. I'll stick to a tape measure thanks. Glad I didn't fall for the subscription scam. DO NOT INSTALL!
