I'm a very experienced gas safe engineer. This app doesn't work which is disappointing! The idea is you can identify a combination boiler pump to see if a UPS3 will fit, but the app never ever recognises the existing pump. Grundfos would make so much more money if the app actually worked. Or maybe if they had a backup database within the app where it lists which makes and models would be compatible. Sorry but might as well uninstall it

It wants your name & address, and email address - why?!. I took a photo as instructed, then it wanted the PN number (8 numbers long). Nothing like that on my Wilo Yonos PICO 25/1-6. So I'm stumped. Useless app.

Rubbish, couldn't recognise my pump. P/n help only told me my pump was probably too old, as there was no p/n!

Terrible advice It advised me to replace a secondary hot water bronze pump with a cast iron one. Not suitable at all.

Utter shite. Grundfos wouldn't tell me a replacement over the phone, told me I had to install this instead.
