Terrible! No issues with the charger but the app (and/or the instructions) is rubbish and I'm sick of waiting up til after midnight to get my car charging 😠. Had the charger since April and not once had the timed charge start. I then have to mess around with the app for at least 10 minutes to get it on manually. Unfortunately I didn't see these reviews before buying the EV charger.

An okay app, but could be great with clearer instructions and a couple of tweaks. 1) The app repeatedly forgets the scheduled charge times that have been set on the front page. For home users in the UK, scheduled charging is very important. Maybe just allow the user to set an start and end time? But remember the setting? It remembers all other settings, just not this one 2) the app shows the correct charge cost onthe homepage, based on the settings. But is recording the full price in the log.

Anyone got a clue how this app works. No instructions, and I have given up trying to put a schedule in that actually works. How does the solar bit work - any clues?

Terrible, one error message after the other. Now have a charge cable stuck in the charge unit with no idea how to remove. No technical help only sales lines working

Seriously needs to be made more user friendly....and forget trying to get any human tech support.....the call line simply rings to voicemail....every single time! In this current climate surely can't expect customers to be changing their router settings just to get the mobile app to communicate with the charger!

Have been using it for 8 months, and it works a treat, from a simply on /off to reserved charging (based of time or Kw) allowing me to avoid the expensive times of the day on my fully flexible electricity tariff.
