Clearly a first attempt, and as such, not a perfect one. A few flaws include: 1 )No option to choose several Categories. 2) The requirement for attaching at least one photo to proceed. If you encounter an issue while driving, you might not, for obvious reasons, be able to snap a photo. Besides, the same photo documentation requirement isn't mandatory when reporting issues via the web, so why even make mandatory in the app -- makes no sense at all? This clearly has to be a retry...
