I'd like to know how it's supposed to work. Both before and after I installed it I get the same message: "Location username: Unknown. GPS signal too weak. Device is in doze mode." Presumably it tries to keep the device from going into doze mode so it can respond. If so, it doesn't do it. Is there any installation procedure? It shows "installed" but no indication it is functioning.

RTT doesn't seem to work properly without it but Android Pie keeps wanting to put it to sleep due to high battery usage !
