- 1⭐because it forgets my credentials -1 ⭐ for showing devices offline and I have to keep refreshing. -2⭐⭐(2021) app not working ( network request timeout). I want remote control because I live too far away from this home, not because I am bored of standing up and grabbing the AC remote. So I have to wait till summer to reconnect the device again. At least I can stare to the Air Conditioner through the camera and regret buying it.

After the last update ( when you open the app tells you to update and won't let you use the app until do so) a message network timeout fires and the app is not working. After deleting the device and try to add it again by resetting wifi on the controller, the app cannot find wifi to connect to

Built in functions not working properly. Unable to connect AC to the WIFI. Previous versions were better, at least earlier I was able to connect my AC. Extremely disappointed, a junior developer could deliver a better job on the updates.

Strangely for the A/C I need to be at same WiFi network. Apparently if I am at home I can grab the remote control. For my dehumidifier located at another place it is still working fine.

Keeps showing all devices as disconnected when I'm outside the local network. As good as nothing. Hope they revise this issues. It's the top battery consuming app in my phone just by doing nothing. Really bad...

I can't add my device. 9 out of 10 the device connects to the network but the application does not detect it. Useless.
