About this app

Lagan Mobile for Android is a state of the art application that allows citizens to report issues such as potholes, graffiti, fly tipping and street light outages directly to their local government organization using their Android device. The incident is logged in their customer relationship management (CRM) system as a work item and will be dispatched to the correct team automatically for resolution.

Once the incident has been logged successfully in the CRM system, a push notification is directed back to the user stating that the incident has been created and a unique reference number is provided. Reports of incidents that are located outside the local government organization’s area of responsibility will not be created in the CRM system; the user is notified of this via a push notification. When the incident has been closed another push notification will be pushed back the user indicating that the underlying problem has been fixed.
