This is like a Social App, in that it connects Property Owners and Landlords to Handymen in the area with the skills the Real Estate Owner needs to complete a project. Skills like Plumber, Landscaper, Gardener, Tree Trimmer, Mower, Electrical work, Carpenter, Painter, Roofer, Tile, Carpet, and the like. The Owner is able to leave Feedback for the Handyman, and vice versa.

Not all jobs require expensive Journeymen. Not all jobs are as complicated as all of that. Some Owners are absentee, and need a handyman to look after their rental properties. This is a good way for Owners to connect with Handyman talent in the area who have a good feedback reputation.

Imagine you have started a project and just got in over your head, or did part of a project and plan to have someone with more experience finish it. You may have a project you have no idea how to do.
