This is a good start. The interface is clean and snappy. If you REALLY want to help drone pilots then think in the directions you have gone with extra information on Google maps. One of the biggest pains in flying drones is knowing local ground and safety laws. i.e. Township xyz only allows you to take off and land from certain parks or requires a permit. In state ABC it is illegal to takeoff and land from state parks and any state managed property. If you make it easy for localities to contribute it helps them and the pilots.

This app had inaccurate and overly basic information. The DC area has a SFRA in permanent place, however this app labels it as a Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR). This are two totally different types of restrictions. Furthermore, the SFRA is comprised of a 15 And 30 mile ring, which has different restrictions. The app labels all 30 miles as "no fly" and is not accurate. It also states not to rely on the app and check official sources. This is literally a pointless and inaccurate app.

App seems fine for what it is, but: "Flights are only allowed during daylight hours"!? I'm not sure how anyone can be expected to take it seriously when it outright disregards FAA regulations that went into effect several months ago. How could any professional be expected to rely on this for useful information with such a glaring error included? How about you get the basics right, then publish the app?

Nice interface, but it's missing areas that are restricted. Ex: Wilderness areas of national forests. It correctly had national parks off limits, but multiple wilderness areas are missing. State parks for NC as well.

Wow, very usefull & EZ app 2 use w/ flying drones. EZ signs (green, yellow, & red) 2 fly or not, & explanation Y U can't fly over the area. Highly recommend 4 beginners.

The app needs to not show wilderness areas or Washington State Parks as "checklist passed". These areas are not open to drone flights. Otherwise, this is a hand app.
