This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Oficina Virtual CCSS on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Con esta aplicación usted podrá ingresar de una manera más sencilla y rápida a las consultas de la Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social:

○ Oficina Virtual CCSS.
- Orden Patronal.
- Estudios de Cotizaciones.
- Historial de Vida Laboral.
- Retiros de FCL.
- Incapacidades.
- Servicio Doméstico.
- Aportaciones.
- Consulta de Traslados.

○ Citas Web.

○ Consultas Patrono al día o morosidad patronal.

○ Consultar el estado de Incapacidades por número de boleta.

○ Consultas de Aseguramiento, podrá ver si su patrono lo tiene asegurado, que tipo de seguro es el que tiene (Trabajador Independiente, Asegurado Voluntario, Asegurado Directo Asalariado, del Estado, Protecciones del estado, Cesante), etc...

○ Pensiones, consultas en la Gerencia de Pensiones, así como también acceso a los formularios para solicitar pensión por los regímenes RNC(Régimen no Contributivo) e IVM(Invalidez, vejez & Muerte).

Oficina Virtual CCSS es una aplicación no oficial, creada con el fin de generar un mejor acceso a las consultas de la CCSS a todos los usuarios, como es de nuestro conocimiento, no existen aplicaciones móviles oficiales que nos faciliten todos estos servicios actualmente y mucho menos una que contenga todas las consultas, por lo tanto, los usuarios debían dirigirse desde el navegador web a la página oficial para hacer la gestión de sus trámites. Pero ahora esperamos que con esta aplicación sea más fácil el acceso para todos, ese es nuestro propósito.
