This app is great for remote raiding! My only complaint is with hosting raids. I've had it happen twice where they didn't send me a friend request. I eventually booted them but by the time we finally did the raid some of the trainers didn't join so we couldn't do the raid. (I guess it was taking too long to fill the lobby). Due to this my 5 star rating went down for something out of my control. The rating system shouldn't be that sensitive to go from 5 to 2 stars after 1 or 2 situations.

If you use plugs at this moment, it'll cost you $10 to hopefully get in a raid (1000 plugs). Or, if you wait, it'll take 2-3+ hours. No one is going to pay $10 a raid or use plugs when they don't need to. I was willing to pay 50 cents a raid when demand was high but you've priced yourselves out of the market. I've cut my usage of this app down considerably.

Very slow startup so when i get a notification and click on it to open up the app, i have to wait 30 seconds or more to load up the start up screen, im on the galaxy s21 ultra so your app needs optimization for this phone i think.

Was a great app that connected people worldwide to raids however now it is in full Japanese and completely unusable for anyone who doesn't read Japanese. Unfortunate because I used this app regularly to connect with Pokemon Go Players all over the world to take down 5 star raids on the regular. Sad.

Very glitchy today. 🥺 The Star Rating system is very unfair, and the developers won't communicate why Star Levels are dropped or how to get back to the 5 Stars.
