About this app

Smart Volume

It analyses the external noise and changes the ringer's volume according to it. For that, it has some sets:
- Level analyser sensitivity parameter: When slid totally for the left (less sensitive) will be required much noise to the measurement. When slid totally to the right (more sensitive), the minor changing in the external noise it will be reflected in the ringer's volume. Find the ideal level for you.
- Time (in minutes): It's the measurement interval and determines the time interval which the analyses will be made. The shorter the time, the more often the process will be made. You will have your volume adjusted more often, but it can consume more battery.
- Menu: Noise evaluation. The system will only evaluate the noise with the level parameterized. It won't change the volume. It's used just for testing if the level of noise is appropriate. It's result is displayed on the bottom of the principal screen with the following information:
- Average noise: It's the measurement of noise obtained in the 6 seconds interval, which is used for the calculation.
- Level: It's the level chosen in the level bar.
- Volume: It's the value that would be changed in the volume. it can variate from 1 to 7.

This app won't change the volume if the device is on modes: vibracall, silent or in the middle of a call.

*In some devices models, the manufacturer blocks the volume changing via software.
