This is an update to previous review. The wifi gateway has started flashing the light rapidly, on several days, only disconnecting it from power makes it work again. The app can show a message that door is locked when the lock does not activate at all so the messages cannot be trusted. Sometimes it takes 3 trys to get the lock to operate. This is very, very bad product, you should be able to trust the lock on your front door. Glue has abandoned the product, there has been no updates for a year.

It never worked when I need it. every time I test at home it works fine. but sometimes I need to open the door when I get back to home it never worked - I could hear the motor was trying to rotate but door was just remained locked. this happened twice now that I had to travel to my wife's work to pick up the key while she is always laughing at me. tried to re-calibrate and reset wifi hub and readjusted motor to the lock handle, it did not help.

The hardware is excellent. Unfortunately the software needs so much refactoring that its current state makes the product completely unusable. Multiple bugs and unhelpfull error messages. Sudden loss of useability. Im returning the product. Please hire some good developers and fix your software! The product has great potential!

Works about half the time, so half the stars. Thanks for the update! It worked on the first press unlocking, but not when locking on the way out the next day. I had to dig out my keys to lock up.

App is full of bugs and is basically unmaintained. Opening a door works on every third try and I am greeted with a meaningless "welcome back!" notification message, that you also cannot disable, every time I come near a lock after being away.

does not work while registering location in the app function. they say ios app is good, but, come on... no updates since May? ignoring android users that takes more than half of all smartphone users.
