Using BlueStacks

About this app

Press Strength Training Lite is a fitness companion app featuring Strength Standards, Calories & Macros, and a routine journal featuring Starting Strength, StrongLifts 5x5, The Texas Method, and 5/3/1. Since this is the Lite version, it is free, ad supported, and contains less routines than the full version.

Strength Standards allows you to measure your performance in the Overhead Press, Deadlift, Bench Press, and Squat, according to your body weight.

Calories & Macros is a nutrition calculator which will calculate how many calories you should use a day according to body composition, activity level, and caloric goal, as well as allowing you to choose how you want to split your macronutrients.

Routines allows you to keep track of your current routine workout by workout, week to week. Currently supported routines are Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength, StrongLifts 5x5, The Texas Method, and Jim Wendler's 5/3/1.

Finally, My Info allows you to store your measurements, switch between metric and imperial units, and record your personal records.

This version of Press Strength Training is a limited version of the full version. This version is free, ad supported, and contains less routines than the full version.
