About this app

This ginstr app is ideal for operations and security managers in large stadiums who want to regulate their employees’ access to specific entrances during grand events or football matches.

Do you want to ensure that your employees are working in the area only assigned to them?

ginstr presents you with a practical solution for security optimisation in football stadiums: the Stadium Management app!

Ensure that the controllers know which group of employees has access to entrances inside the stadium in order to complete the assigned tasks as well as redirecting them, in case they find themselves in the wrong area.

Our stadium manager app is the best assistant to guarantee employee management for stadiums:

► Make sure that the unauthorised employees cannot enter restricted areas such as the field and locker rooms without permission by assigning unique codes and numbers to your employees

► Maximise protection and avoid unnecessary costs by sending and receiving an SOS alert to provide a quick response to emergency situations

► Have an option to accept or deny the entree of employees depending on the appropriateness of their behaviour, attire and punctuality

Optimise logistics and operational processes of staff on massive events and match days:

► Organise your employees in different groups according to the assigned activities within each facility of the stadium.

► Identify the reasons why your employee was not given access at an entrance such as lack of employee area assignment or inappropriate employee behaviour.

► Send immediate alerts via SMS, email or phone calls in case of an emergency to those who are responsible in the medical, security or technical field.

► Have access to all the data acquired in real time through ginstr web – web based platform, along with the ability to apply different filters to view and analyse information in a sorted manner.

Set up this solution in just a few simple steps:

► Before using the app, it is necessary to enter master data such as employee information, the group to which they belong to, the entrances they have access to, reasons for access denial and alarm types for emergencies.

► Assign NFC tags and QR codes to identify your employees and their accesses.

► Specify the different facilities in the stadium and their entrances.

► Appoint the type of access the employees have to the entrances.

► Define the types of emergency alarm and who should be notified.

► Select from the “access denial reasons” why your employee was not granted access despite being in the assigned area.

How to use this app:
1. The controller must check into the corresponding entrance, scanning QR code of the entrance or simply selecting it from the drop down menu to begin the control process.
2. Every time an employee wants to enter to an area, the controller must scan his QR code.
3. If the employee is assigned to the area to which he is trying to enter, he will have granted access to it, otherwise the access will be denied and controller will be able to indicate what areas he’s allowed in and then redirect him.
4. In case the employee has access to the area to which he is trying to enter, but the controller thinks his attire or behaviour is inappropriate, he can choose to deny his access.
5. An access denial report including the reasons will be generated automatically on the ginstr web:https://www.ginstr.com/ginstr-web/ for further analysis.
