Incidents have become far less since I started using this app.The proper reporting and ease of use allowed us to properly distribute our security guards.

Even though a Cloud subscription is required to be purchased, loading to a sd card would be preferred legally. If your company has you use your own phone everything on it is usually entered in discovery. Anything used to document a crime will usually result in the phone becoming evidence, including ppersonal info. SD card download would be preferred as just the card is usually seized. Also look at the hacking of cloud servers. guard valuables? your guards GPS positions are known at all times.

About this app

This app for security companies offers an innovative guard tour management system using NFC technology.

Guard tours performed by security guards are more efficient and reliable due to real-time reports of each tour with date, time, and location information.

The affordability of NFC-capable smartphones make this system favorable compared to previous proprietary guard patrol technology.

Features:

Setup:
Remotely assign location specific information to each NFC tag on site for each checkpoint installed along patrol routes of overseen properties:
▶ checkpoint NFC tag number
▶ checkpoint name
▶ checkpoint address
▶ checkpoint GPS coordinate
▶ checkpoint timestamp of initial registration

Standard operations during a patrol:
Read NFC tags installed along patrol routes of overseen properties and report each reading automatically in real time to the security center including the following information:
▶ checkpoint NFC tag number
▶ checkpoint name
▶ checkpoint address according to NFC tag main data
▶ checkpoint GPS coordinate at the moment of reading the NFC tag
▶ checkpoint timestamp of registration

Incident reports:
This report can be created by the security guard in case of an incident.
It can be submitted to the police or to other involved parties at any time.
The report contains the following information:
▶ checkpoint name
▶ checkpoint address
▶ reason for the report
▶ incident details
▶ police officer name
▶ police officer contact details
▶ up to 5 photos of the scene to document specific incidents
▶ timestamp of the incident report
▶ security guard who reported the incident
▶ signature of the security guard

This app continuously replicates all user data with ginstr cloud.
The data can then be analysed, processed, sorted, filtered, exported and shared with other departments, such as accounting or dispatching, in ginstr web - the web based platform for use with all ginstr apps.

Benefits:

▶ increases efficiency and reliability of guard patrols
▶ easier scheduling of guard patrols
▶ tasks not performed as scheduled are immediately detected, allowing you to resolve the problem quickly
▶ react immediately to unexpected irregularities and events
▶ all necessary data for police reports (e.g. police officer name, police station, phone number, pictures, etc.) are securely saved in ginstr cloud
▶ be able to show proof of completed patrols for customers
▶ helps collecting data for payroll
▶ efficiently incorporate new guards into the system

This app is offered to you at no cost; however, in order to use the app in conjunction with the ginstr cloud you need to purchase a ginstr subscription.
