About this app

All fire extinguishers require a routine inspection, whether it is carried out by a facility management, private, or fire protection service company. This app will allow you to use NFC technology for tamper-proof and accurate inspections of fire extinguishers. Simply scan each fire extinguisher’s NFC tag and enter its conditions along with the date and time right in your mobile device. You can then later have a complete overview of all inspections based on the date, fire extinguisher, or inspector.

Features:

▶ reads NFC tags on fire extinguishers for identification
▶ records inspection results (E.g. damaged, expiration date, original condition, properly mounted, etc.)
▶ registers all addresses automatically from the GPS coordinates when entering data (if GPS reception is available)
▶ registers dates and time of data entry automatically
▶ records the logins of users
▶ captures inspector signatures

Benefits:

▶ fast identification of fire extinguishers and their location
▶ access the date and data regarding the last inspection
▶ overview of all fire extinguisher locations
▶ no time-consuming paperwork on location
▶ receive confirmation of all services performed by the inspector
▶ easily create audit trails with secure documentation of maintenance services with time and date stamps
▶ covers all inspection requirements, securely saving the audit trails in ginstr cloud
▶ service reports can be immediately incorporated into customer invoices

This app is offered to you at no cost; however, in order to use the app you must purchase a ginstr subscription.
