This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing XHouse on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Could not connect the Hub to the app, getting error message " host not found." Tried to scan the IR code, scan does not recognize it. Worthless! The only vague instructions that came with this product were xeroxed pages of six incomlete steps. Called customer service number for Gate 1 access and a Gentleman answered the phone on a Bluetooth driving in a car. I explained the situation that I'm having and he said that some other guy is going to call me. I'm still waiting...

Do not waste your money. After owning the equipment for only 3 months it is constantly going offline and always logging out. There is no help to fix the issues.
