Per il gelataio è di fondamentale importanza conoscere il costo al kg. delle sue ricette gelato.
Farlo manualmente è un compito gravoso che sottrae tempo alle attività produttive e creative.

Con un solo click abbiamo a disposizione tutti i dati che ci servono per capire se stiamo producendo
a costi che ci consentono adeguati margini di guadagno. Il sistema ci dice su quali ricette siamo
sopra la soglia di attenzione, quale è il costo medio di tutte le nostre ricette e la ricetta con il costo più basso.

La soglia di attenzione viene inserita dal gelatiere tenendo presente che in genere il costo del gelato alla produzione per Kg. rappresenta circa il 30% del prezzo finale del prodotto.

I dati forniti rappresentano la distinta base tecnica e comprende i costi delle materie prime che compongono la ricetta.

Sarà sufficiente tenere aggiornato l'archivio dei prezzi delle materie prime
(si evincono dalle fatture dei fornitori) che normalmente cambiano una volta l'anno e
il resto sarà completamente automatico.
