Very limited range (doesn't even work across my apartment), and there seems to be no way to manually refresh data (which is important, because it's often out of date). Also doesn't remember your smoker after it turns off. OK initial release of an app, but needs work

Weak but effective. Anyone that builds this good of smoker should have better technology. Your app can always be improved, I know you can do better. It's very 2010 technology, but it's 2020 & technology has vastly improved. Just improve your app...PLEASE! I love my electric smoker and it has produced prodigious amounts of perfectly smoked meat. But the app is a novelty to great smoker.

Insists on gathering my location data from my phone. I can't imagine why it needs that except to sell it to someone else. Missing a key function that has to be done from the smoker's control panel instead: namely, can't set or adjust cook time. I'm uninstalling the app.

RETURN IT WHILE YOU CAN!!! Just like their physical product, this is garbage. It's more like a toy than a real unit.

Very easy to use and helpful in smoking. Just setup with your phone and waiting for enjoying your delicious smoked meats. The design looks pretty too. Will recommend it!
