This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing WorkBlast - Shift Trading on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

This app is not consistent. Others users literally get notifications minutes before the majority of users get them. Meaning only a couple of users have distinct advantages of the majority. If you are looking to give away a shift it is fine. Picking up a shift it's useless.

I teach at a private school and our system of requesting subs used to literally be call/email/ or text them one by one on the list. Very time consuming. Now with WorkBlast you input your day in and blast them all with the press of a button. As soon as a sub claims my shift I'm immediately notified. Its quick, simple, and extremely efficient.

Very helpful works great for getting subs for a daycare... so much easier than getting late night or last minute calls then calling everyone and waiting for an answer from each one.

HOW IT WORKS
- Organize your staff into different shift trading pools based on department, position, or skill set.

- Managers can request up to 10 workers for a single shift, and the offer will remain open until all slots are filled.

- Managers control access to the pool and decide who is allowed to offer shifts.
