Really enjoy using Headspace, it has helped me manage a incredibly stressful last 12 months, will continue to use each day for at least 10 mins. you need to be patient and take the time to use it properly.

Edit update: I have emailed Hedsapce about their ongoing podcast issue and they either can't or won't fix it. I let my subscription expire, but was keeping the app on my phone to check if this problem would ever be fixed. But the app size is huge! It's not worth it to keep it in the hopes that such a longstanding issue will ever be repaired. This is truly unfortunate. I love the idea behind this app; but the devs aren't mindful of their product at all. Ironic and unfortunate. Uninstalling.
