Call back feature never works. It would be great if it did. The info provided on how to call yourself is good though. Probably should just remove the call back feature that I have never got to work on the app or computer.

Set the call and call back on a laptop using their website. i did get a confirmation number on my phone to enter into the calling-bypassing-on-hold website, which seemed to work to validate my phone's existence, but then i thought to download the app using the same phone, and i tried to login on the app using the phone number login option, but the app did not seem to accept the phone number. WHY? Still waiting for the call to go through . . .

downloaded the app, attempted Verizon call. does not tell you what number is calling as I had the number blocked when it called, not sure why a GUI interface for a app is not showing the status of what's going on after you hit go. I think that's kind of ridiculous and I think it's ridiculous for you to think that people are not going to get confused with that. two stars because I guess it works?

I used to use their web version, it worked one time which was the first time I tried. Since then I've tried using this service several times but have not gotten the call they say they were waiting on hold for. I thought downloading the app might make a difference, it didn't. I wish it worked but it doesn't, at least not for me.

Doesnt work...keeps deleting whatever I type for reason for calling and wont proceed to next step Very sad. This service was amazing back in the day.

It's an unworkable solution. The app launches and stalls on a white screen I look forward to future releases resolving the issue. Hopefully there is an update that will be pushed through soon to resolve this issue.
