App doesn't work on Samsung S20+. Worked brilliantly on my old GS8. I thought was transger prob so uninstalled app and now it won't reinstall. Just keeps saying 'waiting for downloads. There is no problem with my mobile data or wifi connection. Please update app for me to use on my new phone.

I just signed up and the service looks like all I am looking for except... This app would make the experience almost perfect if it wasn't for how it doesn't update the IP upon network type change (WiFi dropping but staying connected on LTE, or on mobile then picking up a WiFi signal). If you make this change I will absolutely PAY for this. Also, I suggest linking at least 3 IP addresses to an account so it isn't as needed to keep updating the one IP.

Technical team takes you round & round. A new person ever time who doesn't go well throw the issue. Only two troubleshooting tips they have, add DNS in router and add routes. What if all is already done? They couldn't fix it for Nvidia Shield TV with built-in Netflix app, suggested to downgrade which doesn't work. Now a new tech guy comes in and you will start from the beginning with same troubleshooting tips.

doesnt work period. dont waste ur money or time. netflix is on to these guys. has shut them down. all provided dns settings do not work. regardless what they say to the contrary. read the fine print.

I've tried several different DNS/VPN providers, even more expensive ones, but this one leaves them for dead. Great speeds and can not fault their customer service. Highly recommended!
